SERVICES

GIRLS FACE TO FACE INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Each 1:1 session is tailored to the individual—meeting her where she is at and supporting her to grow at her own pace in a safe, supportive environment in your own home.

Dramatically Different equips girls with lifelong capability, including: confidence to speak up, tools to manage overwhelm, stronger inner resilience, belief in their own abilities and the courage to be authentically themselves

GIRLS GROUP PROGRAM AND COACHING
Each 90-minute studio session brings together up to six girls in a carefully facilitated, small-group experience. The intimate size allows every girl to feel seen, supported,
and comfortable being herself and mix with others allowing her to extend her confidence and peer to peer connection.

MOTHER AND DAUGHTER WORKSHOP
This experience is designed to strengthen the bond between you and your daughter in a facilitated storytelling session of girlhood.
Through guided conversation, creative activities, and shared reflection, we thread a shared story of love, support and understanding through generations.

COLLABORATION AND CONSULTATION

I design and deliver experiential workshops that strengthen communication, empathy, and understanding through creativity, intuitive intelligence, and lived experience.
In a world increasingly shaped by systems, data, and rational approaches, we are learning that knowledge alone is not always enough-especially when working with people. Real-world situations, particularly in person-centred care, require presence, relational awareness, and the ability to trust our instincts and others, as well as our training.

My work supports girls, teams, and service providers to move beyond standard or academic approaches into embodied, experiential learning. Through facilitated role play, improvisation, and “walking in another’s shoes,” participants don’t just talk about challenges—they step into them and explore new ways to respond and solve them. With over 20 years’ experience across business, education, and community sectors, and as a NIDA-trained actor, community practitioner, and coach, I bring a performance-informed approach to practical workplace learning and behavioural change and look forward to making a dramatic difference to your workplace.
