Let's work together
"Erika is an amazing communicator, supporter and facilitator. She goes beyond for all the people she works with, and getting to work with her is very special.
I recommend taking up this opportunity; she changes lives!"
Elise Klein (OAM), Associate Professor of Public Policy - Australian National University (ANU)
People may not always remember what was said, but they will always remember how they felt. I work from this premise.
I believe meaningful learning and lasting change happen when people feel safe to be themselves, brave enough to try something new, and free to laugh along the way.
Drawing on professional expertise and lived experience, I create engaging, experiential workshops that are both personally insightful and professionally impactful.
Through role play, improvisation, storytelling, and case studies participants step into others' shoes, build empathy, strengthen communication, and develop practical skills to confidently apply in their work and personal interactions.
Whether supporting schools, services, or organisations, my goal is simple: to create experiences that help people feel seen, valued, understood, and to make a dramatic difference.
In a world increasingly shaped by AI, data, and rational approaches, we are learning that logic and formal training alone is not always enough—especially when working with vulnerable people.
Real-world situations, particularly in person-centred care, require presence, relational awareness and the ability to walk in another's shoes so they feel genuinely seen and heard.
Creative role play, improvisation and storytelling can be transformational tools in the workplace Rather than simply discussing communication, inclusion or emotional wellbeing, we can actively explore different perspectives, emotions and social dynamics in real time.
Performance and experiential learning engage both intellect and emotion. They help people develop intuition, confidence, adaptability and deeper interpersonal awareness—skills that are often difficult to build through traditional learning alone. Through play and creative exploration, participants practice responding to complexity, vulnerability and human emotion in ways that feel safe, memorable, and meaningful.
Bridging the gap between policy and practice, allowing individuals to better understand not only what someone may be going through, but how it can feel to navigate the world from another perspective.
When people learn through experience, reflection, creativity and connection, understanding becomes embodied and long lasting. The result is compassionate communication, stronger relationships and more responsive, human-centred care and support.
